We would discuss amongst ourselves the properties I have searched and viewed on your behalf. We would sit down and shortlist the properties that you wish to view together. There is no minimum number of properties we can view together.
It all depends on many factors.
For example, how specific is your search?
Do you have a property to sell before purchasing this new property? Similarly, is the vendor needing the funds of the sale of their property to purchase the next property?
Is it leasehold or a freehold property?
How busy are lenders which can affect the process time of mortgage applications.
Therefore, with all these in mind, the process could take anytime from 6 months to more than a year.
Yes it definitely is! I will also not take on another client with a identical or nearly similar search brief.
Nothing is legally binding until contracts are exchanged. After your offer has been accepted by the vendor, survey of the property will be carried out, conveyancing and mortgage application starts.
I will not take more than 3 clients at any point.
