Buying property in London can feel overwhelming— especially in a fast-paced and competitive market. If you are not based in London – this can be particularly challenging - from navigating time zones and unfamiliar processes to identifying trustworthy professionals and understanding local regulations.

With deep knowledge of the London property landscape and a highly personalised approach, I take the stress and uncertainty out of the buying process. I work exclusively on your behalf—not the seller’s—to ensure your best interests are protected at every stage.

Determine a brief

We'll meet to talk about your needs and preferences. Throughout the process, we can make adjustments to the brief as needed.

Help can be given to anyone who wants to purchase with a mortgage at this stage. 

Property search and viewings

I will view as many properties that suits your brief and will narrow it down to a smaller number for us to view together. The process of narrowing it down will be discussed between us. 

Offer accepted 

Once we have found your property which you would like to put an offer, I will help negotiate the best price for you. 

Conveyancing, Surveys and updates

Following the acceptance of your offer, I will engage with the surveyor and legal team to facilitate a smooth conveyancing process on your behalf.

Completion and Refurbishment 

All legal documentation has been finalised, and the keys will officially be given to you. Our collaboration can continue beyond this point. I am available to assist in appointing an estate agent for rental purposes, or, should property require refurbishment, I can offer recommendations for qualified architects and interior designers.

Other Information

In the event that refurbishment is needed following project completion, I can recommend qualified architects and tradespeople.

I can offer assistance with the sale of your current property or any other properties,

ensuring effective coordination with solicitors and estate agents. 

I do not take any commission or referral fee from other third parties.

 I accommodate all budgets—no budget is too small.

 

A retainer of £500 is required, which will be deducted from my final fee.

My fee is 1% of the purchase price, payable upon the exchange of contracts.
