  • Post-Move Assistance: Settling in doesn’t stop at the lease signing. I offer additional services to support you beyond your move-in day, whether you need help setting up utilities, sourcing furniture, or finding local services.

Meet and Brief

We will either meet face to face or virtually to discuss your brief.

Property Search and Viewings

Subsequent to our meeting, I will undertake extensive research and establish contact with estate agents.

I will evaluate all properties that fit our criteria and compile a shortlist for our joint review.

Additionally, I will record videos of each viewing, and we will ensure regular communication to keep each other informed throughout this process.

Keys once Successful with property search London

Tenancy Agreement and keys

Once you have identified the suitable property, terms and price negotiations will be done. 

Other Information

I can help arrange for movers,

recommend private / independent school advisors for your children.


I accommodate all budgets—no budget is too small.

​

A retainer of £500 is required, which will be deducted from my final fee.

My fee is one month's rent, payable upon signing of tenancy agreement.
